J’aime le soja
(literally, french for I LOVE SOY).
its true. I cannot deny it. Especially with the plethora of SOY products I consumed this week!
Most of the things here I tried for the first time this week!
and they are all finkleberry approved!

THIS YOGURT IS GOD. Seriously, Chocolate Soy Yogurt. WHY IN THE WORLD HAVEN'T I BEEN EATING THIS SINCE BIRTH?
I also enjoy TOFU, another wonderful soy product…

And I also enjoyed AMY’s Soups this week!

and because I get out of class so darn late, I also tried this Kashi meal…

and finally, my wonderfully tasting oatmeal this week:

1/4 c. oatbran, 1/2 c. applesauce (MOMMA MADE IT), granola, 1/2 a banana, 8g. White Chocolate Wonderful PB, almond milk, salt, cinnamon, vanilla <3
I had sort of a crazy week. I made a dress from paper for my crazy foundations class… Check it……i’m unattractive in this photograph ahha!
OH YAY for the New York Yankees for winning the world series!
I’m doing pretty well so far in November. I’m eating well and feeling well. All except for a couple of little bumps in the road along the way.
1. I have to pick classes for next semester and that sent me into a tizzy on thursday, i was a crying mess because I felt like I had no direction, and I don’t know what I want my major to be and I feel like I suck at everything. I know it’s not true, but I am just trying to figure out what I want to do in the future and thats scary…
2. My boss yesterday, (at The Gap) called me into her office and had to have “a talk” with me, explaining to me how I wasn’t doing my job. GREAT LIFE. She doesn’t know what she’s talking about anyway. I was in a big huffing and puffing state of being when I came home. I guess I just have to realize that I CANNOT PLEASE EVERYONE and NOT EVERYONE IS GOING TO THINK I’M WONDERFUL.
But I know its true. I always do my best, and that’s all that matters.
Have a good week everyone !
Think positively!
OH PS_ How do I do a video post?! I think i want to do one!

soy just does NOT agree with my tummy
it’s a shame! but that’s not to say I don’t still drown my oats in soymilk.. it’s totally worth the pain!
i know how you feel- i’m super stressed about my classes too and i don’t know what i want to do wtih my life, but try not to stress- you will figure it out! nothing is ever set in stone
on another note- yum to your oats! haha
xoxo

That chocolate yogurt is unreal. I exhibit very little self control when it is in my apartment!
